Got a sexy little hamster...

knocked this one up at the very last minute. A literal interpretation of the theme, written on the bus a few days ago and developed poorly :-) The track is 100% software - Synth parts are Synth1, drum loops in Reason. Sounds crap (I'm clueless, bout mixing) but I thought I'd put it up anyway for a bit of fun.

hmmmm...... ex-disco-king hamster is now a hopeless junkie. out of money and desperate he wanders into the world of male prostitution and meets a famous actor along the way.

I decided to just dive head first into the kiddiepool and hit my head and get a mouthful of less then sanitary water (BTW whoever "relieved" themeself in here should really be ashamed) With a little fanfare as possible, here's my paltry offering Splashy Splashy, Eric

A diversion for me....

A lowly pet hamster has nothing to amuse himself all day apart from running in his squeaky treadwheel. To escape this humdrum routine he daydreams of being Curtis Vandell - soul singer and sex god, with millions of adoring female hamster fansÖ..

The year is 1960. The place, the Fuzzy A Go-Go Lounge, where the drinks are mixed strong and the chicks are found easy. All the swingin' rodents frequent this happenin' place. Particularly tonight, as Pest Ratster and his Nest of Swingin' Rats Orchestra are layin' down the exotica grooves to snap your fingers to.And tonight only gentlemen, the lovely Miss Hamsterina dances for your pleasure, live in front of your naked, steaming eyes.C'mon in. We've got a table waiting.

Well, having Conducted the Orchestra, been a Secret Agent, gotten Laid and then leading the world to Peace our Sexy Hamsters popularity is at an all time high! He has descided to run for Office, but it turns out to be a close race. Is this Hamster the nice guy he seems to be.....or is he leading us towards HAMSTERGEDDON?

Watch them scamper over hills and vales, across rivers and dales, greying out entire grasslands as they march eagerly but peacefully to usher in a new era of world peace, lead by none other than the one and only (trumpet fanfare) - Sexy Hamster. Yes, its a mouthful but thats the title of the latest Sexy Hamster score.

Dim the lights, pop open a couple Colt 45s, and spread some fresh cedar shavings on the floor. This is what all the mack hamsters lay on the hi-fi when they gotta get their ladies in the mood.

Mike left no comments about this piece. Maybe because it is as self explanatory as it is inevitable :) S6

This is one cool sexy hamster so he's not as flittery as the one which conducted the orchestra. I just hope he's as good!

Here's "Sexy Hamster Conducts the Orchestra" And like all good artists do when posting their latest piece, first a note of apology about how hurried it was and that its unpolished and I havent quantised it properly so the timings are all wrong and it could do with a lot more strings and cymbals and variations, so I dont look like an utter idiot if this comes out sounding too bad. I usually sit on my pieces for a week before I'm sure it sounds good, but I dont think I'll spend more time on this one. Also, its essentially a midi piece, no tracks individually rendered to audio and no EQ, reverb etc FX applied.
